Account Executive
Radio One, Inc. is seeking a motivated Account Executive with strong sales experience in the Florida Marketplace. As an Account Executive you will be representing Motorola’s numerous “best in class” technology solutions in the areas of; communications, video/access control, incident management, IoT, and fleet management, all of which enable our customers to successfully focus on their mission. As you bring customers through their journey with Radio One, Inc. you will have the opportunity to win, exceed quota, and grow with the full backing our customer service organization and technical support resources. Inside Sales Representative
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling assigned products or services and providing support to the field Sales Representatives. The Inside Sales Representative will reach business targets through excellent telephone sales and communications skills. This individual will be responsible for the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. Integrity, vision, passion and a strong commitment to customer responsiveness and satisfaction are essential for this role.
Job Duties
- Cold-call prospects that are generated by external lead sources or company provided lists.
- Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
- Sell add on equipment, parts and/or accessories to new and existing customers.
- Assist the Field Sales Representatives in the penetration of targeted accounts.
- Collaborate with Sales Management and Field Sales Representatives to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
- Create and deliver qualified opportunities to Field Sales Representatives where appropriate.
- Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
- Ensure follow-up by passing leads to Field Sales Representatives with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.
- Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients.
- Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and e-mail to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales or appointments for Field Sales Representatives.
- Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.
- Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues.
- Attend periodic sales training where applicable.
